“I called them days ahead of time and scheduled a time to come sell some cards. It was a little over an hour drive to get to the shop. They bought cards from me but didn’t have any CASH to pay me. The employee offered to pay me via Venmo or he said that he had talked to the owner and if I wanted to wait for him I could get cash from him. I said I’d wait….THREE HOURS later the owner arrives and says that he doesn’t have cash buy if I came back down the following day I could have cash. Now he knew I was waiting on him for 3+ hours and he still showed up w/o my money. Talk about RUDE and completely awful customer service. It’s not like I just popped in demanding cash, we set this up days in advance. It was just a huge kick in the balls to have a business owner show such blatant disrespect for me and my time. Go somewhere, ANYWHERE else for your card buying and selling needs people. This guy doesn’t deserve your time or your money.”
