“Sent 20+ sports cards to the owner, Matt, for inspection, grading and consignment services. It took me reaching out to him repeatedly for months to finally get updates and my cards back. Sent them to him in December and I still haven’t gotten my last cards back from him and it’s the end of March. He also auctioned off a bunch of my cards without asking for my minimum sell price, so I lost money on all of them without any input or updates. Horrible communication and service from Matt. I wanted to support local business, but I will never be back and will not recommend his business to anyone.”
