“I am new to the card collecting hobby so I came into the store with some questions about selling / grading cards. at first, the employee was very helpful, inspected the cards i had brought in, and told me he would buy them. I told him I had more cards and he said to bring them in. So I went home and came back with more cards to sell, and he was blatantly getting frustrated about how many questions i was asking about the process. He started to raise his voice and was acting as if the things I was saying were ignorant when in reality they were just beginner questions. If this is truly the best shop in the area according to the reviews, I now don’t know where to go to ask questions about this hobby. Don’t recommend this guy. Waste of time, I just wanted help and guidance! Guess that’s too much to ask for.”
