⭐☆☆☆☆ TERRIBLE SERVICE – Won’t Be Back
FIRST – I walked in and the person behind the counter just stared at me. No “Hi,” no “Hello,” no “How can I help you”… NOTHING. I had to introduce myself and explain I was there to inquire about selling some Pokémon cards. He then told me they only buy in bulk. Fine – I actually came in with a huge collection plus a rare Dragonite V Alternate Art 192/203 (Evolving Skies Full Art Alt Art).
SECOND – I asked if he wanted to at least look at the rare card. He declined without hesitation, then added that shops “only pay 20%-30% of the value.” That is completely FALSE.
THIRD – After all of this, I said “okay” and wrapped it up. But was I thanked for coming in? Was I told “have a good day” or even a simple “bye”? Nope. Just another blank stare.
This shop clearly does not value its customers or show even the bare minimum of courtesy. Even if they don’t want to purchase something, the least they could do is provide basic customer service. Instead, I walked away feeling disrespected and dismissed. Absolutely awful experience. 👎
