At The Hobby Hive, we don’t just sell The Hobby, we live it. Like many new collectors, brothers Joe and Robert Gossweiler fell in love with sports cards during the boom or, “covid renaissance years” if you will, that began in 2019. Having young children of their own, they recognized the enthusiasm and youthfulness of the modern collector demographic and began to entertain ideas of opening their own store. Finally, in August of 2022, their passion for The Hobby manifested itself via the acquisition of their own bricks and mortar card shop. The Hobby Hive is the prototype for the modern card store. Our inventory categories include all sports, Pokemon, Magic, and more.

Hive’s got a strong TCG lean—plenty of MTG, Pokémon, and One Piece ripping action. Sports wax is on-hand, but singles are light unless you’re into raw modern star players. Staff knows their stuff and the place is clean, no “old school” mess—good for comping in peace.
