Independent editorial assessment

Solid shop, clean layoutβ€”not one of those old school piles-of-junk-wax situations. Mix of modern and vintage, with a decent wall of slabs and a corner heavy on TCG. Owner knows his comps and will talk shop if you’re serious, but it’s not a flipper havenβ€”more of a clean spot to dig for good singles or rip a few hobby packs.
